Online File Routing, Review and Approval
MarketingPilot 6.5 includes major enhancements to MarketingPilot's online file mark-up tools. Point-and-click visual tools enable users to route files via email. Users can add comments to files and engage in online discussions about them. Users can view each other's comments and can annotate a wide range of file types. MarketingPilot continues to support native mark-up tools provided by Microsoft Office (Track Changes) and Adobe Acrobat (Comments).

Digital Asset Management Enhancements
MarketingPilot 6.5 adds new features to link related files to each other, provides enhanced search capabilities for online file libraries, adds a new customizable interface for browsing files, and faster file uploads and downloads.

New Reports
MarketingPilot 6.5 includes more than 15 new reports.

Media Buying Enhancements
MarketingPilot 6.5 includes a number of enhancements to media buying functions:

• Convert Invoices into Orders.
• Pro-forma Invoices/Sales Orders.
